Cattle & Dairy
We graze our cattle rotationally and bale-graze them in the winter, for a two-year feeding program.
​
Our dairy consists of two cows currently; we sell our milk to local customers and process it ourselves into cheese and butter. We've found the benefits of raw milk immensely beneficial to our family diet, and love that we can be consuming more probiotics by making our own cheese, yogurt, and kefir.
