The Pork Operation has been headed up by Isaiah since the beginning of the farm. We give our pigs a good life with quality non-GMO feed, deep bedding technique, and frequent cohabitation with other animals like chickens. They enjoy the benefit of the many scraps from Carl's Bakery, while back at the Bakery folks enjoy their sausage on the breakfast sandwiches! It's a full circle.
